Requirement
Develop marketing collateral befitting an extraordinary, bespoke Toorak residence designed by world-renowned architect, Koichi Takada.
Response
Nature is a source of infinite inspiration for the architect, and the concept for this house—to live within a forest—is no exception. Reflecting the unique nature of the project, we told its story in a limited edition clothbound book, its art direction translating the three – dimensional, experiential intent of the architecture into two – dimensional design that honours the forest – like interplay of dappled light and gentle shadow created by the building’s form, aspects and interior.
Result
A campaign to tempt the most astute of buyers, that generated a strong response from high – net-worth individuals across Australia, America and Asia.
